Ex-offenders should be full of hope now. They lost and without any chance to reintegrate into the society.

According to the story by CTnewsjunkie the New Haven Housing Authority is helping ex-offenders, as they call themselves, to have a second chance, a second life, a house to stay and live.

Among those people, many regret what they did in the past. The project by the new Haven housing authority should be multiply insofar there are some ex-offenders somewhere in the US waiting for help.

As one in every 100 adults in America are in jail or prison and that number keeps growing and the costs to take care of them expands too., it would be better that the state probates offenders insted of jailing them.

Then, the state could save money and avoid that those people become outcasts because at this stage, there is no hope and the state would have to spend more to take care of them.
